Installation steps: 
required files:

• DOWNLOAD ROM : HERE
• DOWNLOAD SUPPORTED KERNEL : HERE
• DOWNLOAD CWM : HERE
  note: if you have installed kernel with integrated custom recovery CWM don't download
  note2: copy all downloaded files to your SDcard

1. Turn off phone !!!
2. Boot into CWM by applying CWM zip on stock recovery
3. On CWM recovery 
4. Go to mounts and storage-> and mount all system, data, cache
5. Now you need to flash first kernel 
6. After flashing kernel reboot recovery from menu "Advanced"
   note: next step is very important!!! don't skip or will not be able install CyanogenMod on Galaxy Y
7. After rebooting go again into mounts and storage-> format data, system, cache and mount again!!!
8. So now go to install zip from sd->look at zip and confirm to install!!!
9. Finally you need to wipe data/cache once
10. That's it!
11. You have installed CyanogenMod Democracy NT !!! Enjoy
