    You don't need to download an emulator to play SNES games on Android devices. You can actually download the individual game as an app with the emulator built right into it.

    You can get these type of apps at a site like http://www.sharingandroid.com/. You just have to choose your game, download the APK file, and install. The game you choose will be listed as it's own application. No need to have an emulator or deal with tons of roms.
